Recipes of the Month: Pork Fried Rice Ingredients: Serves 6. 295 calories per serving, 7 grams fat. Boil the 4 cups of rice. Heat both oils in a non stick wok on medium high heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the veggies and red pepper. Once these are nice and golden, add in the rest of the ingredients. Fry everything up until it is all golden brown. Serve hot.
